Aysegul is a dual-qualified lawyer, licensed as Attorney at Law in Istanbul, Türkiye since 2015 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales since 2021, with extensive in-house and law firm experience. Her practice is focused on transactional work involving corporate and commercial contracts, M&As and corporate restructuring. She is also proficient in data privacy and regulatory compliance issues, especially competition law.

She has completed her first degree in International Relations and Political Science (BA) in Bosphorus University, and her law degree in Queen Mary University of London (Senior Status LLB). Aysegul also holds an Executive MBA degree from Yeditepe University, with focus on International Business Law.

Aysegul has worked with Regnum Solicitors as a Consultant Solicitor since 2021.
